Multifamily Training

Training done right provides us with skills, knowledge, and innovative ideas to propel us in our career. But sometimes, training can be boring or ineffective. So we want to assess what is working great on the training front, and then assess what needs work.
This log is for external training that an employee may have participated in. Examples: webinars, apartment association sponsored events, local trade school, and conference attendance to sessions.

We asked industry professionals what their training needs were and what areas were top priority for their onsite teams.
