Clubhouse Rehab
I am remodeling 2 clubhouses in Flagstaff...one a student property and one more conventional. Both properties are 25 years old and have basic construction. In your opinion, what types of in-clubhouse amenities are trending and essential to encouraging resident use of the space?

If space allows, Media/theater rooms have gained great popularity as well particularly on student housing communities.
