Hello, we are a small family office. We are looking for JV deals with LOPs where we would invest a majority of the money and maintain majority control. We typically favor multifamily deals that are:

- Class B/C
- Vintage 90s
- 50+ units, preferably in the 100-200 unit range
- Value add deals
