Martha,
What area are you living in? Are you only interested in Regional positions? I think you
have to be in the area of marketing/leasing for some time before you become a Regional
Manager.

Yes, or a very large community. I am based out of Houston but I am able to travel at anytime. I have over 30 years of experience and have been a supervisor for over 15 years.

Martha, you might want to load your resume up or check out some of the jobs right here on Multifamily Insiders as well as those on the HAA website. New jobs get added just about every day to both sites and they are both free for jobseekers to use. MFI's are national, but HAA's are only for the Houston area.
