It's Monday, my coffee hasn't kicked in.... who has some great ideas for driving traffic to LIHTC communities?

Flyer up at coin laundries worked well for me.

I also put a flyer up at the closest convenience store to my LIHTC competition.

I think there is a website called Social Serve to advertise affordable housing.
