Listening is Not the Same as Hearing
Hearing refers to the sounds that you hear, whereas listening requires focus.
When you get silent and listen, you can genuinely understand what matters to your prospects and secure more leases.

So true! Also so true for current residents when they are upset. It is so important to listen to them so they know someone actually cares about what they are saying!
