Topic: Renewal Letter
I manage a 55+ community with a high rate of renewals. My residents don't want the same, boring letter each year so each January I start with a new idea for the year.
This year it has some wording to this effect: "We want you to Occu-Pie your home with us for another year". I found clip art online that has a pie holding an "occu-pie" sign and I buy Moon Pies at Sam's Club and attach one to each envelope. Cost runs about $ .60
Last year's asked them to "Hang Around with Us for another year". I bought plastic hangers in bright colors, printed out the renewal notice on white paper and folded it kind of in 3rds with a notch cut out in the top to look like a V-necked t-shirt. I could slip an envelope inside w/ the other renewal paperwork and tape it closed. Cost about $ .12
