For a maintenance supervisor, my company takes 50% off of your rent, and the remaining 50% comes out of your hourly, while all of it is taxed (according to my buddy who is a supervisor, but he doesn't look as closely at his finances as I do).

I am interested in other companies, particularly Riverstone/Greystar.

Mind sharing?
