Does anyone have a recommendation for contracted service providers of apartment maintenance? I am looking for an outfit we can contract to handle work orders/unit turns. When we have staff turnover it would be nice to have a contractor we can call that could provide this service. They would need to cover appropriate insurance.

I am looking for vendors in multiple markets.

Great question, Michael. Can you share what markets you are looking for?

Do a google search using the following keywords:

apartment turnover services (your city, st)
apartment maintenance services (your city, st)
full service apartment turnovers (your city, st)

Best of luck!

If you are a member of your local apartment association, I would start there by talking to them. Then if you have a state apartment association go to them. Then you have the National Apartment Association. I would always start with them first in that order as they can give you who may all ready be working in your areas.

The other thing is the much talked about Maintenance Compliance Depot may have some experience in your area with certain companies and you will know who has gone through them as well.

To save yourself grief my personal opinion is to start out with the Associations and Compliance Depot.
