Any good ideas or recommendations for less chemical pest treatment for ants/ spiders for residents having issues and a good education piece to share with your residents on keeping these insects out of apt, as well as a friendly education of what potential sprays for these insects can do or cause? Looking for good education for residents as well as having a more conservative route of taking care of these insects. Lots of residents are now wanting to know everything about the sprays/treatment and may have small children or pets. Trying to make sure we cover all the basics with them and prevent liability.
