Can anyone suggest a vendor who could take a printed floorplan and just make an electronic version of it that we can use to post online?

This might be a little bit more than what you are looking for, but I would check out 3dplans.com ! They do great work and have been long-time supporters of this community.

I was able to have floor plans done for my communities by a local architecture firm. Another option may be to contact a building trades school (if you have one in your area) to help save on costs if that's a roadblock.
