More and more companies care about renters' move-in experience. Do you think your clients/renters would benefit from an online portal with information about utilities, schools, movers, doctors, and everything needed for moving - in one place. And customized for the zip code and client needs?

I have seem brochures, flyers etc. being added to welcome packet, but not seen anything like a consolidated list. We offer planning tools, custom lists, relevant data for folks who are moving. We want to get a vote from people on frontlines.
