Hi All!
My company has built 283 new luxury apartments in Boston. We are not downtown, but on a transit-line, and in close proximity to some hospitals and a couple schools. It's only about a 10 minute T-ride towards Downtown and the Back Bay too....
We've rented a lot of 2-bed's and started to get the studios, but have had no luck in the 1-bed's.
Other than dropping the price (of course!) does anyone have any sort of mini-marketing tactics or know who specifically to target for who would be interested in a 1-bed. With astronomical Boston rents it seems like couples are the best bet for a 1-bed.
