BJ you can also apply for a grant which will pay half of the tuition and in many cases your company will pay the other half. Good luck!

Good luck BJ and Tonirae!!! If I can add another "assignment," please share your thoughts and experiences with all of us after you earn your designation. I hope this course will be beneficial and fun for you!

If it helps, everyone I have spoken with who has taken this has throughly enjoyed and are glad they did. I got my CAM and thought the kinds of information gave me new insight into different topics I had no expertise in such as maintenance and technology. I highly recommend you dedicate yourself by going through the classes. Just my thoughts hope they help.

BJ- I would highly recommend you complete the NALP designation program! I was a Leasing Agent for 2 years and I have moved up within the company since then, but I am currently taking the NALP classes (when I say currently, I just started today). So far, in the 8 hours I have completed, I have already been exposed to numerous skills and techniques that I will apply when I am on property! I hope this helps you with your decision! Good luck and keep up the motivation to continue your education within the industry!! :)
