Hello all! Check this out and it is not housing, but here is something that those who may be training, or working in the industry can sure apply. www.huffingtonpost.com/2012/07/22/jim-st...lnk3%26pLid%3D182529

Nate, when I first saw this, I could not beleive it actually happened. Lack of sensitivity is not even the least of it, but this person's actions are reprehensible and cannot be tolerated. Bullying in America is out of control. What has happened to common decency? Are we all so far removed from each other as human beings that we cannot even behave civilly any more while performing our jobs, riding a bus, completing a transaction at the grocery store? I am overwhelmed with dispair of this person's actions. There is no excuse. I realize that people have a wide range of feelings but hostility and anger at someone ... it's pathetic.

I have this theory and I may be wrong. I believe that it goes back to parenting as well. These days people are working and they decide to have children. Once the child is big enough for day care, that is it. Parents work, child is raised by other people, get their information from other kids. When they are picked up, most families eat not together, but each doing their own thing. Then the child is a teenager and the parents do not know them or their values and for the most part they know more about friends than they do their own children.

So, our world cannot help but get worse as it is not like back in our times when parenting was parenting. Now I have to be fair there are a lot of families that still do it the old way, but that is declining more and more.
