Who are the superstars in your apartment association?

Every apartment association has a group of unbelievable superstars who really drive the activity. These could be on the property management side, vendor side, or investors. Who are the superstars in YOUR apartment association??

(Note: Feel free to add association staff too! I was originally thinking about the volunteer side of things, but I'd love to include association staff that go above and beyond, too!)

Jerry Warshaw, Jane Fullwood, and Debbie Phillips are my superstars for our association. 3 hard working folks who work tirelessly to support education in the multifamily industry.

There are so many! I'd have to add Virginia Love, Russ Webb and Tori Thompson to your list, Jonathon! But there are so many others who contribute to all of the great causes on behalf of the Atlanta Apartment Association!

So many from West Michigan, but Kathy Bartnick and Nori Goodhue are at the top of the list. In addition to being dedicated and tireless professionals, they are also two of the nicest and most wonderful people!!! It is a privilege to consider them as friends.

I agree Tarla those are some rocking folks as well. I love the Atlanta Apartment Association!!!!!

There are many superstars at CAA LA. One that stands out in the front of my mind is Lynne Graves of Brook Furniture. She is our IPC Chair and just a pleasure to be around. She always has a kind word and a positive “can do“ attitude! Her and her team at Brook help coordinate all of our events, work the registration tables and support CAA LA out in the field every day!!!

I agree with Carla - Lynne is one of the nicest people around and I always enjoyed seeing her and the Brook team at the CAA events when I was in LA!

I would have to say Patrick Garcia, he is our President of our Association Management division, and the direct contact of my association where I live. He is phenomenal when it comes to client services. He is extremely responsive and knowledgeable, and really cares for the best interest of the association. Our assessments have been maintain the same for the past two years, and that simply for his amazing form of budget controls and service. Go Patrick!!!!
