Hello everyone. We're gaining a great deal of interest from a wide variety of people on this list and so we're planning to set up a conference call in September to talk about the state of the market, cap rate trends and what's happening with the agencies and private banks. We're also going to cover recent changes in pricing power and most favored markets. Please let me know if you're interested and I'll send you an invitation when the date is set. Also, if there are specific dates to stay away from (industry events) please let me know so we don't inadvertently schedule a conflict.
