What does everyone use to promote and maintain a good relationship between the office and residents, specifically for a property with newer office employees the residents are unfamiliar with? Newsletter? E-Blasts? Any ideas are appreciated!

I like to have a party. Pizza or even just a meet & greet with snacks.

Hi Cody,

What we thought of and was fun is to create life size replicas of each team member and post them around the property, inside common areas, with a TALK Bubble listing a favorite quote and how this person can help the Resident, plus email contact information. Then, those Residents may feel like at least they've had an "introduction"!

Festivals & Block Events. A no-brainer way to get to know your neighbors is by attending local events that celebrate the neighborhood or block.

Meetups. Although I have not tried these in my new city yet, I used to belong to a few different Meetup groups that aligned with my interests back home.

Of course one could mention knocking on your neighbors' doors and introducing yourself, but that feels really awkward and invasive to me.
