My name is Norma Baldit I am a property manager this is my first time on Multifamily Insiders.

We pass out our resident referral flyers to all our tenants door to door at less 3 times per week.
We post them in our laundry rooms, mail rooms, community Broad in our leasing office, we attach them to all or work orders, Floor plans, Rental applications and remind every one who comes in our office daily.
Our Move in flyer at this time shows $49.00 1st months rent for qualified applicants.
We also attach them to our resident referrals so our residents can give to their friends, co-worker or who ever they would to give them to.
This way they will know right off what our move in SPL is.
Next time I will try and attach one of our flyers.
We also tell our tenants when they said they are thanking of moving, what can we do to keep you and why are you moving.
This shows them that we care and want to keep our tenants they thank about it and some times stay, other times they still move due to something that we can not help them with.
Some times they are looking for a larger unit or smaller one I let them know that we would be happy to transfer them and let them know how happy they are here that they may not be if they move. And they would have to complete their lease at their new place before they could return.
