Topic: Thank goodness for this website!

I just found this place and am blown away! Finally, after ten years of managing my husband's family's senior section 8 complex, I find a wonderful online community like this. I am about to start my managing agent training in order for me to take over ownership. I started with no idea of what I was doing and slowly morphed into a real manager who loves what she does dispite all the headaches. Our property is small, 52 units and it is old, built in the seventies, but many of the tenants have been there more than twenty years and I love "most" of them. Just wanted to say "hello" and introduce myself. I am thrilled to be here and look forward to having a sounding board and being able to help those new or unfamiliar with elderly housing. Whoever built this place...thank you!!!
