Topic: Social Media Agreement

Does anyone have an example of a Social Media Agreement that you use for either employees or residents?

The only social media agreement my company has is in regards to each property's Facebook page, which is moderated by the community manager. The community manager has to sign agreeing to be the only person who will post to the page, and also has to sign that they will have leasing agents/residents sign a release before their photos are posted to the Facebook.

I am very interested to see what everyone else has to say about this though!
