Any good ideas from the Student Housing world on what type of incentives or concessions are allowed or have been done to keep your occupancy up during the summer when students want to move out and go back home? Please comment or message me. Thank you!

Hi Jackie,
The one thing I know many students are concerned about it the fact that they will not be living in the unit (or bedroom) over the summer either because they go home to their parents' or have internships, or summer study abroad gigs) so you can try 1. allowing them to sublet for the summer or 2. Charge them a flat rate "summer occupancy fee" for June and July.
