We are having an open house at the end of this month and was wondering if anyone had any ideas of door prizes that really worked for their community.

At one of our open houses, we had contacted residents who are independent sales reps - Mary Kay, Pampered Chef, etc. They each set up a table at the open house for catalog sales, plus donated a door prize. It brought a lot of people into the property who might not have otherwise looked at our apartments, and gave the residents exposure as well - it was a win-win!
