Hi. We're getting very close, through the National Student Housing Council, to independently being able to process and then distribute current rent and occupancy trends for markets. Many of you have offered to contribute time, join the committee and participate in the discussion. I'm planning our first call-in chat sometime in September, so if you or your firm are interested, please let me know and we'll be sure you're included in the future.
