Topic: Advice on Commercial Property Management Software

Hi Guys

I know this is a forum for multifamily professionals however I was unable to find a Commercial Property Managers equivlant and I'm hoping that someone could steer me in the right directions regarding the best property management software for Commercial properties. I currently manage a few hundred residential units however my business partner and I are splitting up and I am looking to develop the commercial side and veer away from the residential side.

I am wondering if anyone here does commercial exclusively and can recommend software that is suited towards commercial. I am currently using propertyware for my residential and it is simply not built for commercial, so I am considering Yardi or Onesite Commercial. I know there are other options out there in the wild, so if there is anything better suited, I am totally open to taking suggestions.
