Topic: Have you all had problems with foam parties at your community?

My friends all signed a lease for an apartment together which had a clause in it stating "no foam parties" (For those who don't know it's where you lay down tarps and stuff and fill your apartment with soap suds and bubbles, obviously there can be some serious damage)

We mused on the idea of filling our apartment with foam, and then all sitting and studying in the waist high foam. So when the landlord came and said "No foam parties!" We'd all act really mad and say "Excuse me does this look like a party? We all have exams tomorrow could you please leave?"
