Hi- The owner of the property that I manage has tasked me with locating a consulting firm that specializes in tranisitioning a propert from Multi Family to Conventional. Location is Massachusetts.

Hi Katherine,

Saw your post and thought maybe we need some clarification. What do you mean transitioning from multifamily to conventional? Do you mean from affordable to conventional? Once you let me know, I'd be happy to see what I can do to answer your question.
