Good Morning Multifamily Friends & Insiders,

I am in the process of starting to research possible resources, vendors or options for creating our P&P manual.

Any suggestions of recent success stories, resources, vendors or options you would like to share would be VERY MUCH appreciated.

Thank you,

Marlee

Marlee,

Did you ever get a response to your question? I'm looking for the same so if you found out any information on a P&P I would really appreciate your findings.

Thanks,

Teresa

I found a great PDF editor. I am using it to create an employee handbook with policies and procedures for a property management office from one I found on the Internet.

I can delete content and add content. I love it!

Will share when I'm done. It may be a couple of weeks!

I used the company The Strategic Solution. They have manuals and you can also mix them with your P&P. They host the manuals online and it makes it easier to track changes and communicate changes as well. We have been using it for two years and it has helped us streamline the way we add, review, track and make changes.

The Stategic Solutions worked with my company to create our new SOP manuals. Excellent experience with them!
