Resident Newsletters

Resident Newsletters 3 Years, 2 Months ago Karma: 1
Do you send out monthly newsletters to your residents? If so, do you make them yourself or which company do you use? Our residents seem to really like these at several of our properties. We have used a few different companies, but I'm always looking for fresh ideas

Crystal,

Yes, we send out monthly, bi-monthly and quarterly newsletters. I advocate and we always develop them in-house. We have a graphic designer that has set-up a template in publisher so each property is free to put in their pictures and desired copy. We have newsletter creation guidelines in place and each newsletter is reviewed and edited prior to publication. They look professional, personalized and are full of rich content. I'd be happy to send you a few samples if you're interested.

If you wouldn't mind also sending me a few samples of your newsletters, I would greatly appreciate it. I am trying to create one of my own and have been working with different template styles. My email is mascari@apartmentmedia.com. Thanks!

Illustratus was a client of mine for a year and I can't say enough GOOD STUFF about them. Forget your old impressions about newsletters -- give them a look. Easy and simple to use. Totally customizable as well.
