Yardi Advanced Solutions Conference

Yardi Advanced Solutions Conference 1 Year, 5 Months ago Karma: 1
Has anybody ever attended YASC? We just switched over to Yardi Voyager at the beginning of the year and are still trying to learn the ins and outs of the program. Would you recommend going to YASC to get some more training? Would love to get input from past attendees. THanks!

At Apogee we use InfoTech Advisors for our Yardi training. Jeffrey Staley is a certified Yardi trainer and consultant, and he and his team really understand the business being previous Property Managers. You should give them a call at 561-312-6139.

I've attended YASC 6 years in a row in the past - LOVED, LOVED, LOVED it. The conference is usually in September or October. Sign up EARLY - as soon as they make the announcement, you should sign up. It usually sells out in about a month. (At least it did when I used to go to it.) I think they usually make the announcement in May.

EXTREMELY helpful - they have beginning sessions, intermediate sessions and advanced sessions. Additionally, most times, you get to meet your support rep - it's always nice to meet the person who's helping you the most. AND, you get to talk directly to the instructors, engineers, influencer's, VP's, etc. All the years I attended, I even met with and talked to Anant Yardi. Very down to earth, driven, extremely intelligent, motivational man. LOVE him! It is seldom that I meet the founders/owners or large companies and feel this way.

There are a TON of companies there, so you have the opportunity to meet other like-companies and share stories and experiences.

And, you can find great consultants there - they are always milling about. Ask the other attendees who they use, and then chat up those consultants.

Lastly, it's in Santa Barbara (at least it was the 6 years I attended), and its perfect weather all the time. If you go a day early, you can attend the farmer's market and have your pick of the sweetest, freshest, locally grown fruit. If you stay a couple days after the conference, Santa Barbara is a beautiful city to explore, and very tourist friendly.

Hope that helps!

The Yardi Advanced Solutions Conference will be held October 13th - October 15th at the Fess Parker DoubleTree in Santa Barbara, CA.

I have been to 9 of these so far and find that each year is better than the prior. Each of these conferences packs a ton of information: Great sessions with Yardi's experts in each respective market and module, knowledgeable consultants, and very valuable networking opportunities.

If you are unable to attend the one in Santa Barbara, there is also another conference in the spring in Washington DC, which is equally beneficial.

I highly recommend all companies that use Yardi attend one, if not both of the conferences each year.

Good morning, everyone! Just a reminder that our Washington D.C. YASC is coming up in a just a couple months; June 1 - 3. It's all the same great information you get every year in Santa Barbara just sooner and not as crowded. We know we sell out every year in SB and this is a splendid alternative for those on the east coast looking to save on travel, etc.

If you have any questions or would like more information, visit our website www.yardi.com/US/YardiAdvancedSolutionsConference.aspx or you're always welcome to contact me directly as well and I'll get you in touch with the right person elizabeth.giles@yardi.com

Hope to see you soon!
