Offenders Not Wanted

I need help!
Our company is revamping our application and lease wording to prohibit sex offenders. Currently, we list it as felonies, but we don't want to necessarily be too exlusive. Anyone have any ideas or actual docs you can give me to pull from re: how you have (or haven't) spelled it out to applicants?

With something this serious - I would get professional counsel. I think you are doing the right thing in addressing it in your application and lease paperwork and in the same respect it's too critical to leave to chance. It may cost you a few bucks but it's money well spent - in my opinion.

Great question as I think many of us need to think about this.
