Whisper Feature-Enable or disable?

Whisper Feature-Enable or disable? 3 Years, 1 Month ago Karma: 3
I'm curious if companies offer their teams the flexibility to decide if they want to enable or disable the whisper greeting feature on their various advertising sources.

My gut tells me to make it mandatory for tracking purposes but not sure that is realistic. What is your opinion?

I am embarrassed to say - I don't know what a whisper greeting is - what is that?

As a Leasing Professional I would have loathed the 'whisper feature' because it takes me out of my game-face. I am all psyched up with my Mary Marketing face and voice and start my greeting when 'Whisper' kicks in. Aaaaarrrrgh! I've never liked it for that particular reason. But, from a tracking standpoint, I totally get it.

Now, if I were using all toll free tracking numbers, I might say 'forget it' altogether. But I have to say, I do know property management types who think it's a great feature.
Me....not so much. Not a 'Whisper' fan.

Ah - I get it. Thanks for that comment, LT.

I do wish you could turn that off for the very reason you mention, Lisa. It's a bit of a distraction.

I agree Lisa---it take one out of the 'zone'. I hate it!

For tracking it is great---you will get more accuracy.
