Hello!

Has anyone found or made a list of property management companies before? I'm trying to find / create a list of large property managers that service large college campuses.

Any advice on the best way to do this? Does any company have this research available already?

I have a list of local companies that I've compiled just by checking craigslist for my comps. Check craigslist in your area and you will find many of them!

Novogradac has a good list of Affordable Housing Property Management Companies and Developers. Below is the link for the National Property Manage's list.
