This group has a couple of hundred members and no discussions. I am surprised. Are there any RPBG and EUBA group members here? Would be great to have some on online meetups and discussions that we have during the face meetings.

So we have now closed over $100MM in CMBS and it seems that the demand is only growing. With the rates being this low and lenders accepting novice sponsors traders are looking to hedge their risks on the market with literally bricks and sticks. I would love to start a discussion on how we have mitigated risks for both the lenders and the sponsor to make this deal happen.
