We are seeking an Account Executive for Apartment Finder Magazine in the Boston Massachusetts area. If you are interested please email me you resume, tarnold@apartmentfinder.com ------ Job Description: The Account Executive has responsibility for developing and maintaining partnerships with new and existing apartment communities and property management companies. The Account Executive will ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty by selling print & online advertising solutions on a continuing basis. Our online advertising solutions include both internet listings services and social media marketing products. This position will require you to be driven, self-motivated, goal oriented with strong relationship building skills as you will be the primary link to our prospective and existing clients. Account Executive duties include: • Developing new sales leads to grow an existing market • Maintains relationships and favorable contacts with current and potential advertising accounts • Building relationships with leasing consultants, property managers, apartment communities by performing sales calls, customer service call and site visits • Make appointments and present advertising options to generate new business • Manage, service and support existing clients while generating additional new business • Meet or exceed monthly sales goals We offer the stability of a competitive base salary, plus commission, plus a full benefits package including Medical/Dental/Vision plans, 401K with employer contribution, flexible spending accounts. Experience: • Prior property management or leasing experience beneficial but not required • Outside sales experience, media advertising preferred • Cold calling experience both over the phone and in person • Entrepreneurial in spirit -Positive, sales-oriented personality • Professional appearance • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to build relationships effectively • Experience with advertising deadlines and production a plus • Computer literate; Internet expertise and proficiency with Microsoft Office • Work with Leasing Consultants at Apartment Communities • Ability to travel locally for client meetings with occasional overnight travel Network Communications, Inc.
