Hi Ken,

I would love the opportunity to speak with you further about this opportunity. I see you are located in West Palm Beach, which is great because we are based out of Boynton Beach FL. Maybe you can come to our offices and see our operations?

We currently have over 2000+ units under management in the TN markets, with Regional Offices in both Memphis and Nashville. We actually have a specific divisions that just handles small complex from 1-50 units, aside from our regular Management team that handle anything over 50 units.

Feel free to contact me at anytime at 561-364-2001 ext. 1110 or via email at PMaysonet@theapogeecompanies.com. Also, feel free to visit our website at www.theapogeecompanies.com. Attached is our company brochure.

I would personally highly recommend:
CAPSTONE REAL ESTATE SERVICES
They manage over 40,000 units. I am personal friends with one of
their Regional Managers and believe they are one of the best
around.....worth considering.
