Xactimate Certification Question

#1525
Xactimate Certification Question 2 Years, 9 Months ago Karma: 0
Has anyone here been certified on Xactimate? I am going to go for the level 1 certification and would like to know what to expect.

I have been working on it for a while and completed over 60 estimates, but there is that bit of mystery over what’s on the test that makes me nervous.

I'm not looking for answers or anything like that, just an idea of what to expect.

Hi Nathan Morgan
I am in the exact same situation you were 2 months ago. I assume you received your certification. Can you help me answer the same questions you had. I have to take the test.

Thank You

I still have not taken the test, we had to put it off. No one ever answered my question though. I also started a group on Linked-In and asked the same question with no responce. I am hoping to take the test in the nest few weeks.

There is a listing of Level 1,2&3 certified people on Xactimate's web site. I was thinking of jsut calling one of them and asking what to expect.

I hope you have received your certification by now. If so, the 27 certification is available also. It sounds like you have plenty of experience to pass the level 1 certification. The sketch is pretty basic and the scope is straight forward. Let me know if you have any questions, I train Xactimate for a living, and am a big believer in the certifications.
