Knowledge of financial terms like "Net Operating Income" should not be limited to the Chief Financial Officer, so the fifth Training Trivia (powered by Grace Hill) definitely shed some light on the term! For those who missed it, here was the question:

"Which of the following best defines Net Operating Income?"
  • Income after operating expenses have been subtracted.
  • Income prior to operating expenses being subtracted.
  • The total of operating income and other income.
  • Cash flow after all operating and capital expenditures.
Congrats to everybody who got the correct answer! If you didn't, here's a little help from Grace Hill:
"Net Operating Income, or NOI, is the difference between Total Income and Total Operating Expenses."
