Training Trivia

Regardless of your pet policy, it is fine to charge a pet deposit or fee, as long as you allow residents to have service animals.

We're going to try an incentive at J.C. Hart  to get our onsite teams to really focus on their Craigslist posts and see what comes of it.  Watch the video for details, and please share with the online community what you've done to improve your Craigslist postings.

Can't wait to see the results! Is this just a way to try to push a cheaper traffic generator? And are you using a posting system of any sort?

@Brent We've seen an incredible increase in traffic from Craigslist to our websites since starting up with RentSentinel, and I'm curious how that can be impacted by a more focused effort than "average". We'll see.

Been using CL for years...even cancelled a couple of the standard ILS' because of the great traffic/leads and LEASES that were coming through.

with maxleases we can post links inside our craigslist ads so we KNOW exactly where our leads come from and craigslist definitely pushes traffic to our community. Also with the craigslist ads, try using postlets.com it is also free and you create a beautiful template for your ad and with the quick post option can post to craigslist, facebook, or twitter in the blink of an eye. Craigslist is awesome if you use it correctly.

I say the above comments as it is hard to always get accurate information out of your prospects and leasing consultants could pad the results. smilies/smiley.gif
