Regardless of your pet policy, it is fine to charge a pet deposit or fee, as long as you allow residents to have service animals.

The mainstay backbone of our marketing strategy at Urbane Apartments is to Enhance the Residents Experience. There are lots of challenges, curves and obstacles that can get in the way at each Resident Touch Point to derail you.

What's Your Part In It
Ever wonder what experience YOU just helped create with your last prospect? Even on those days when you may be off your game, you are still influencing the experience of your prospect that is preparing to make an average purchase in excess of ten thousand dollars from you or your company. You have a lot of influence to Enhance the Residents Experience.

Watch For The Reaction
I love the Urbane Lab, as it is a live stage of on going experimentation on all sorts of different things and apartment marketing ideas. Some work, frankly most don't and some do. Because of the layout of the Urbane Underground, our Centralized Leasing Center, I hear our pitch and process to most of the prospects.

If you simplify what can be a complex emotional system we all have into two categories, A) Stuff That Makes You Feel Good and B) Stuff That Makes You Feel Bad, it eases the judgment as to what marketing tactics are working and what ones aren't.

Fail Faster

Point being, Are you quick enough at adjusting your processes, procedures and entire marketing strategy, based on how it/you/your company make the resident or prospect feel? If you are constantly tinkering and focusing on Enhancing the Residents Experience, your marketing approach will look, feel and be diametrically different in short order.

Break From the Pack of Apartment Commodity today by focusing on Enhancing the Residents Experience!
