Optimization Summits Recap: What Inspires You?

Posted by: Jonathan Saar

Good day folks.  This is my first attempt at a video blog but I think it went well.  Optimization Summits taught me that sometimes you just need to make the jump and see what happens.  You will never learn anything without trying.  There are some great posts out there recapping highlights from the conference.  I am sure I missed some so please feel free to post any additional links in the comments section below.

Some Optimization Summits recap blogs

Mack Collier's Blog

Geno Church with Brains on Fire

Ryan VanDenabeele from PCMG

Brett Duncan with Marketing in Progress

Christopher S. Penn Awaken Your Superhero

Jay Ehret with The Marketing Spot

Duncan Alney with Firebelly Marketing

My take on the whole conference is very personal as you will see in my video below.  This conference was completely about doing.  Make sure you plan for September when Optimization Summits will take place again.  I look forward to your comments on my video today.  Thanks for tuning in.

Great seeing you last week, Jonathan! Your post makes me glad that Spring has finally arrived here in Ohio.

First, the video itself: Looks like we need to get you a Xshot! Besides that, you've clearly been taking notes from Mark (and maybe Charlie Wollborg at Curve).

I agree with you about education -- the more we dive in and learn about all of these tools, the more we learn about all the different ways they can help our businesses, the more we'll be inspired to keep pushing forward and trying new things. You're living it with this post ... I hope the feedback encourages/inspires to keep the video posts coming for us!

I am totally on board with the video blogs now my man. It was great seeing you too. This conference was amazing. I am happy to work with a team of forward thinkers and they were stoked about the education I came back with. Thanks for taking the time to comment!

The need to educate is a core piece of every successful business/ person. Inspiration drives the will to learn and vice-versa.
The optimization summit gave us a great view of the world of social media. It gave us both education and inspiration. I look forward to hearing about the success stories derived from this great event!
