"Springsteen" Your Leasing

 Have you ever heard Bruce Springsteen sing “Santa Claus is Coming to Town“? It’s one of my all time favorite holiday tunes. And you can’t help but have fun when you listen to it. So, what does this have to do with you?

A lot. People who have fun are much more inclined to BUY. And tell people about their experience.

Is your leasing experience fun? Or is it old school, boring, cut and dried? Does it even qualify to be called ‘an experience’? Or is it, as many places are, painful? What about your resident retention programs? Are they fun? Interesting? 

What can you do to “Springsteen” your leasing or living experience at your property?

I'd love to hear your thoughts!

Miz Trosien RIGHT ON.
Springsteen absolutely rocks...his 60th birthday was the inspiration behind one of my Tweets this fall.
Why?
To me, The Boss et al represents a passionate bard-family who's all about the business, yet the absolute joy that oozes out of the E Street Band during performances makes you want to roll around the floor and get some of that joy all over you.

Springsteen's Team is no "glammy" flash in the pan. They take no prisoners, voice what they believe in and make believers out of their followers, and have for almost 40 years.

And talk about Evangelists...if you've never been in the presence of a Springsteen Evangelist, strap in. You'll be goose-bumply and converted all over AND convinced that Springsteen's ability to stir change and hearts defines generations...heck , we all hear our own thoughts in Springsteen's music - he connects with listeners and the veins pop out on his neck and forehead while he gives voice to our silences.

WOW. What if we all grabbed the Leasing stage, mike and guitar like The Boss, connected with our apartment shoppers...Holy Cow...Callers and visitors to our communities would depart our company with a Rock star 'Buzz" and never want to leave. A Springsteen song is an adrenaline rush. A GREAT leasing conversation with an excited apartment shopper is too.

WOOOOO! I need my lighter to hold and wave above my head but don't want to set off the smoke detectors. Luckily, my iPhone has an app for that.

Lisa, I'm waving my iPhone Flashlight on bright above my head.. I'm heading out to go get some RentWikiLeads to Lease some apartments!!!!
