Posted by: Chris Hyzy

We are all looking to save time when it comes to advertising our listings online. I am often asked what the best sites are that generate client leads.

Here is a list of the websites I have used and received the best results:

i. Postlets.com

ii. Backpage.com

iii. Enormo

iv. Hot Pads

v. Local.com

vi. Lycos

vii. Oodle

viii. Lycos

ix. Oodle

x. Trulia

xi. Vast

xii. Zillow

xiii. Craigslist.com

I hope this helps!

I would like to add PennysaverUSA.com. The website is very popular with renters. When both a print ad and website with call tracking provides excellent results for Property Managers. Remember, In California PennysaverUsa goes into EVERY home each week!

There are services out there that can actually post to most of these sites and over 100 other relevant sites in one central location. This is a time saver while also taking the guessing game out of which of these sites are most effective in generating resident leads. In full disclosure, I work for a company that provides this type of service (rentbits.com), so I wanted to point that out but more importantly I wanted to pass this information along since it will help streamline your advertising efforts without having to manage all of these sites separately. Whether you use rentbits or another provider, it will be a big help for you and your team if you can syndicate to these sites effectively.
