Browsing through Google+ today, I ran across several posts by Mike Tempel of Nexus Real Estate Services showing off some great virtual transformations of a model apartment using a "virtual staging" solution.  I thought others might find them interesting, so I'm sharing them here.  (The provider of the virtual staging solution was VirtualStagingSolutions.com.)

This is an interesting concept Brent. I feel as if virtual staging would be great for a community that may not necessarily have the budget to furnish an entire traditional model apartment. In addition virtual staging could greatly help boost a community's online marketing efforts by being able to present high quality photos in their respective ILS's. I feel as if some communities may even lose potential prospect interest by having photos online that are of poor quality, or do not provide an appealing view of how great an apartment could look. Thanks for passing this on!
