We are ecstatic about attending this year’s Apartment Internet Marketing Conference, so we decided to highlight the five sessions we are most excited about.  Before we even begin, however, we have to note that there are easily more than five sessions we are looking forward to, but since we can’t simply regurgitate the entire agenda, here are those that really piqued our interest:

Score! Assigning Lead Value and Motivating On-Site Conversions

This session will share how to place a value on prospects to understand which are the perfect leads.  What I’m especially interested in is how lead scoring is quantified and what constitutes a “perfect” prospect.  Is a perfect prospect one that will lease at the highest rent, one that will lease the quickest and most hassle free, or the one that has the highest chance of renewal?  Or maybe a combination of all these and other factors!  If I have several questions before the session even starts, I know it will be great.
