I thought the interview tips and questions were great and that many of them could be used in almost any industry.

I tend to do a lot of the talking because I don't like the structure of asking quirky HR questions and I like my applicant to know about the company to be sure they are interviewing for a job they want, before I decide if I want them. The webinar made me realize the mistakes I was making and gave me some good opened ended questions to avoid over talking.

This was a fantastic webinar to have! I loved the example questions given so we are able to have new "material" for an interview and to dig deeper with the candidate.
We were about to set about hiring a new person to Multifamily Insiders, and frankly, we were not sure where to start when it came to interview questions.
