Mr. Berriz has extensive experience in the acquisition, financing, management and redevelopment of real estate assets. He is responsible for acquiring and managing assets in excess of $7.0 billion during his career. Mr. Berriz holds an MBA with honors in marketing and finance from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois. He also holds a Bachelor of Architecture Professional degree with high honors from the School of Engineering at the University of Miami. Mr. Berriz began his career in the real estate department of the Continental Illinois National Bank and Trust Co. of Chicago as a Vice President responsible for real estate lending.

I thought Albert gave a lot of great information. It is nice to listen to individuals that have the experience, credentials, and passion that he does. I feel that we learned a lot about the financial aspect. I think it was well put together and would not recommend changing anything.
