What are some common maintenance related inquiries that you see at your properties that you would like residents to be informed about upon move in?
Examples - what *not* to put down the drain, what *not* to put in the garbage disposal, the importance of keeping your HVAC system running on auto versus turning off and on constantly, how to properly dispose of moving boxes, the upside down outlet receptacle indicates it...
