About me: I've been involved in real estate since the 1970's, starting out in property mgt/maint. on family owned properties. Our families holdings have included multifamily, single family and industrial properties as well as brokerage operations.

In the 1990s I founded a construction company which was focused on property rehad. I sold the company in 2006 to focus on multifamily.

With a background in finance I bring a value based approach to all our investments.
