One of our Capital Patners an Asset Manager of Private Funds based in NY is seeking to Invest on any feasible Commercial Real Estate Projects Nationwide. They invest though their own Real Estate Fund,the Real Estate Fund makes direct investments, via debt or equity in commercial real estate assets.


Currently we are seeking Commercial Real Estate Investors to partner with assisting them fund any of their deals either through Debt or Equity. Below are some of our General Lending Guidelines:


Commercial Lending:


Through our Capital Partners Partners we offer commercial real estate loans and structured finance solutions for a variety of circumstances, with loan amounts as low as $2MM and as High as $500MM+ We advises our clients on a wide range of capital structures available to ensure the most favorable financial solution is achieved.Our approach consists of a clear identification of the client’s requirements and possible structures, resulting in an optimal financial solution.


Early rate locks are now available.


Loan Amount:

$2MM and up


Early Rate-Lock:

Available: Up to 12 Months, subject to asset quality


Loan Term:

5- 15 years


Property Types:

Office, Industrial, Self-Storage, Retail,Multifamily


Lien Type:

First Mortgage/ Deed of trust



Up to 75% of appraised value



Minimum of 1.25x


Origination fee:



Exit Fee:




Yield Maintenance or Defeasance



Non-recourse, subject to standard carve-outs
